This was a birthday present for my daughter. She always bought these cool kind-of posters for friends that documented places they may have been or would like to go.
I thought she would enjoy one herself. I painted a 2’ x 3’ ply wood with chalk board paint. I sketched out North America and painted it. Then I used my Cricut to make a stencil for the compass and title. Of course, I sanded the crap out of it because it can’t look brand new. My hubby made a frame out of an old fence that was ready for the landfill. I love that she has something we made hanging in her apartment.
